We are a Norwich based IT Recruitment Consultancy that work only in the Norwich and Norfolk area. We have expert geographical knowledge of the county so we won't promote candidates to places that they simply can not get to on a daily basis. Added to this we have in excess of 15 years experience in IT Recruitment.

Our database of local candidates is extensive; covering the full spectrum of skills that companies require these days, we provide both permanent and contract staff on a competitively based margin. Our charges for permanent staff are 5% of starting salary and our usual margin for the supply of contractors is between 10% - 15%.

In addition to sourcing candidates from our own database we have access to the following: Monster, CV Library, Planet Recruit, Jobsite, Reed, CWJobs and Totaljobs. We advertise vacancies at our own expense on Jobserve, Reed and CWJobs.
